Technosys maintenance contracts cover the customer for all IT eventualities. Unlike other IT contracts the Technosys contract is a fixed monthly figure allowing financial departments to budget accurately for their IT costs over a year. Our contracts cover complete server maintenance and out of hours work in case of a system failure.

The customer is not billed on the amount of times their staff have used the support service, so there is no worry for the customer’s employees in contacting us for support. This allows the best IT support available - without the financial strain. Most IT support companies use an ad hock, per call-out support contract, often resulting in costly and unpredictable invoices.  By eliminating call out charges, we have established a positive and rewarding relationship with all our customers. There can never be disputes over payment, amounts of hours worked or number of support tickets closed.

Technosys contracts are simple; we base our service charge on the amount of users the company has.
